  • Infant massage is a method to soothe infants through physical contact between parents and infants, strengthening the parent-child bond. Numerous clinical studies have confirmed that infant massage by parents has many benefits for their growth and development. The course covers the background and theory of infant massage, massage techniques, the use of massage products, and other precautions to help participants master the skills.

    First Session:

    • Understanding the best timing for infant massage

    • Abdominal massage techniques

    Third Session:

    • Understanding the development of infant reflexology

    • Chest and hand massage techniques

    • Head and back massage techniques

    • Infant exercise techniques

    • Handling frequent crying

    Fifth Session:

    • Techniques for infant colic massage

    • Review of the full set of infant massage techniques

    Course Fees: $1800 for 5 sessions, each 30 minutes; $2800 for home teaching. You can bring your infant to the class. Suitable for parents of infants aged 1-12 months.

  • Children’s table manners teach children social skills, proper table manners, personal social abilities, language skills, and expression techniques. A person with good table manners and elegant dining etiquette will leave a good impression. The course is taught in a restaurant, where children will dine in a real environment, learning dining etiquette, social skills, and communication techniques. These trainings can boost their confidence and conversation skills, helping them balance social knowledge and academics.

  • Face painting allows children to fully express their creativity and imagination within 2 hours, with parents participating to enhance parent-child interaction and feelings. The workshop is taught by a professional face painting instructor and is suitable for children aged 2-8 years.

    • Introduction and use of tools, paints, and brushes

Prenatal yoga also helps maintain a light body shape, enhance muscle strength, and improve body balance and circulation, slightly relieving joint pressure for pregnant women. It helps maintain balanced hormones, regular breathing, and a relaxed and stable mind, keeping pregnant women happy and joyful.

  • The anxiety of new parents is indescribable. Men can also participate in the pregnancy and parenting process. Momcare encourages fathers to take time to care for their wives and enjoy the fun of caring for babies together. The course is designed from a male perspective, taught by Hong Kong’s first male postpartum instructor, sharing experiences of caring for wives and babies daily.
